Teams of Our Lady Birthday Celebration
4th December 2016

Teams of Our Lady always celebrate their ‘birthday’ around the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. This year it was Warrington’s turn to host the Mass and social. We gathered for the parish 4 p.m. Mass at St. Joseph’s, Penketh. This is normally a quiet Mass but this time music was provided which meant an increase in the volume of the singing!
Member of Teams read the readings and the prayers of the faithful as well as bringing up the offertory. A special prayer was said for all members of Teams, both near and far.
After Mass we gathered for a shared buffet where the culinary talents of members were very much on show! It was good to catch up with members from the North West and to hear their news.
Teams of Our Lady is an international faith group for married couples founded in France over 50 years ago.
